International card not accepted

+ great for Indians

- International cards aren’t accepted, which is a major minus.

Not useful at all!

Does not accept foreign credit cards, so not useable by the people who would really need it!

Platform lacks drivers

The platform lacks drivers, as local/authorized taxi drivers don't register for the platform. They openly say the Goa government's fare-rate isn't enough, so the estimated fares aren't even useful for haggling.
