Easy to use and clearly structured 👍🏼

I used it on my mobile phone and it was fast and clearly structured..

Hard to pay

It needs always my card. I understand for security reason but Apple Pay is secure as well.

Has improved, but still lots of work to do

One can now book NH hotels and also “add to calendar” and “download to Apple wallet” works.

But e.g. there is a bug in the address management in the profile. When I change the address, still the old street name is shown in addition to the new one. This happens also when I change it on the GHA website.
Also, on the website, I cannot save addresses for business and private, it saves always just one of the two. This works in the app, oddly.

Generally the app needs a complete modernization of UI design from the ground up.
You can get good best practice examples of how to design a proper app from Hyatt or Bonvoy.
