Very relaxing and deep

My sleeps are much better since I started the guided meditation. It’s short but take you deep down inside

Very helpful but a bit pricey

Really enjoying the daily meditations and baby updates, in my case, but I think it’s a bit pricey when you can get most of this content for free somewhere else

Highly recommend- a valuable daily tool for my pregnancy

As a Vedic meditator I thought I’d give this a quick try when I first got pregnant. I’ve ended up using it every day of my pregnancy without fail and loved this addition to my practice during this unique time in my life. The app continues to grow with new great content added all the time. This is a one stop pregnancy app for meditations, relaxations and other fantastic tools. Thank you expectful!
