The app allows you to thoughtfully organize these cards, highlighting favorites to identify elements central to your situation. This thoughtful organization aids in visualizing and comprehending the core aspects of your emotional and personal journey.

After arranging the cards, you can save your selections in a diary, creating a personalised record of your emotional journey. This feature allows you to revisit and reflect on past entries and to add comments, enriching your understanding over time. Empatia serves as a dynamic tool for discovery and reflection, assisting you in a deeper exploration of your emotional landscape.

You can also share your organised landscape of feelings in image and PDF formats. Be it with close friends or with your therapist.

For Families: Empatia is designed to be a valuable tool for ages 5 and up. For users under 13, we require that the account be managed by their parent or tutor. The app features a 'Parental Care' setting, which allows customisation of the app to specific age ranges. Options include 5-7, 8-10, 11-12, and 13+. This feature adjusts the vocabulary and complexity of the app to offer a more enriching and wholesome experience.
