Not working

Can‘t register as I never get any SMS Code

Hey, that doesn't seem right. Could you please get in touch with our Support Team at dtc.support@dtc.gov.ae, to help resolve this challenge ?

Impossible to register

I’m supposed to receive a sms to use the app. Tried 4 times but I don’t receive any. Impossible to register via phone or Email either. Basically useless.

Unbelievable slow

Since last update the App is not usable anymore. Takes forever to open, forgets predefined preferences and is freezing during usage.
Please make sure the new version works before you upload it on the AppStore.
