Great tool!

I've been using the Stoa app for a couple of months now, and find it extremely useful and it is helping me to progress on my personal development journey. It is full of relevant Stoic knowledge. The way it is structured, if used appropriately, regularly and diligently, can have a tremendous impact on the user. It certainly has for me! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a practical way to apply Stoic precepts to their everyday life. I've tried other meditation apps, but this is the first one I've found that combines meditation with Stoicism to very great effect. Some of the great modern Stoics are featured in it, in interviews outlining Stoic basics (but never superficially), and not, and I have gleaned much on the depth and breadth of Stoic ideas by listening to them and following the different courses available in the app.
Caleb and Michael are two very down-to-earth guys, exploring this wonderful philosophy with a beginner’s mind, even if they're far from beginners. No hype, just genuine desire to help others. 🙏🏻
Their podcast is excellent, too.
