Do you book citizenM nights via another website? Check if you can add your booking to the app before you create an account (or before you log in). Also, we added white colour to the rainbow lights wheel (we listen to your feedback, thank you, keep it coming!).

Needs improving
I love the hotels but the app is not perfect yet. I cannot add a credit card to my profile, if I click „add card“ nothing happens
Cheating Membership Program
Be careful when you book at a Citizen M: they will sign you up for their paid membership program which you can‘t get out of for one year… and given the limited number of cities where they run hotels this is totally useless. You will pay more than a night‘s rate for nothig.
It‘s a shame, the concept would be neat, but this rip-off totally ruins the experience.
iPads in rooms, no iPad app in Store
We just can’t give a good rating to a hotel chain that brags loudly about “high-tech” rooms with iPads in them while not investing the time and effort for the customer app. Can we? Please give us a decent iPad app, not this half-cooked one with ginormous text and inconsistent translations.
