Impossible to login

This app is very unstable and has recurrent issues. I have been unable to login for the last couple of weeks and the assistance (although very kind and willing to help!) has never managed to solve the problem.
Creating an account is also impossible at this time: you can pick up your country (the list doesn’t open…) and it’s been impossible to add credit card details before.
Could you please update the app? It is the ONLY way to charge an EV in Malta & Gozo…
