Best fitness app by the best trainer!

I have been working out with Caroline for years and her content is absolutely amazing. This app is just another incredible project with lots and lots of content. Thank you!!

Too many bugs

I really like CG's workouts, but the app is a disaster. The app has a lot of bugs and after I bought an annual subscription, certain functions suddenly stopped working after a few months (e.g. streaming via Chromecast), which makes the app unusable for me. Now I've paid so much money for nothing and there's no refund either. Very lousy marketing strategy. Avoid a subscription to this app at all costs! I should have stuck with the YouTube videos. They're free and I can stream them on my TV without bugs. Since a subscription is so expensive, I would have expected better service and more goodwill. I‘m very disappointed.

Hey there! As we explained through our Support network, we are experiencing an issue with Chromecast at the moment and we’re working hard to fix this. We ask for your patience while we get to the bottom of this complicated problem. Everything else on CGX is working exactly as expected. UPDATE: Hey again, we are happy to confirm that the issue with Chromecast is resolved.

Subscription acknowledgment failed

I am Caroline’s fan (she is brilliant) and I really enjoyed the free trial of the App that worked well, so I decided to purchase subscription in-App. But it failed to unlock the paid content and asked me to purchase it again and again. I tried everything from deleting the App to restoring my subscription, resetting my iPhone & changing every setting possible. The CGX App Support Team made me do it all over again and still no result. Finally, I gave up, but the worst part is that for some reason Apple refuses to refund for this defective App! Hope this review will somehow affect the situation and I will then be happy to change my last resort dreadful review.
