3、Mobile PMS fulfills the service, even the hotel staffs are on the way of picking guest up in the airport/train station, or in the hotel lobby, restaurant or guest room, or any place whether inside or outside of the hotel, by using the mobile phone, they could handle the guest’s reservation, check in, check out and other services, making the guest enjoy the VIP and personal butler service.
