Being a parent is a special time and watching your child grow and develop is an amazing experience. There may be times you wonder what you could be doing to support your child’s development even more.
Born to move is about encouraging play and interaction to help the learning and wiring of your baby’s brain at this critical early stage, building the foundations for a healthy, happy and confident child.
You’ll find ways to keep your child active, support their language and eyesight development at every stage from pregnancy to starting school.
You can add your child’s profile and record photos and milestones along the way to look back on and share with friends and family.
Regular tips from your health visitor also feature ideas for you to try with your child at every stage.
