Black Tie Guys 4+

Black Tie Guys is a Non-Profit Youth program in Monroe, Louisiana. The app is for members and supporters of the program. Members can:

Check Progress for challenges, workshops, and competitions which are supported by members of the organization.

Points. Members get points for attending meetings, completing projects, and going on trips. Members can track their points from within the app by simply searching their name in the Points link listed within the app.

Forms. No need to go to our website to fill out forms and documents. You can do it all from within the app. Forms are sent directly to the administrator of the organization and a copy is also sent to yourself.

Prizes. Members work to earn prizes and rewards for their attendance and competitions. Now, you can see all available prizes from within the app and it details how many points you have to earn to retain those prizes.

Events. Members can view details of upcoming events that they will participate in and add them to their calendars. The Event page tells the name of the event, when, where, and the duration of each planned event.

Gallery. Black Tie Guy Members can view photos and videos from events and meetings. The photos and videos can be downloaded from the app to their personal phone gallery.

Parents Connect. Parents of boys in the program are able to use a separate portal within the app to get instructions and guidelines for projects, competitions, and meetings which are planned for their sons. They can also connect with other parents as well.

Social Room. The app has a social room in which boys and parents are able to post pictures, comment, and connect with each other as they would in any other social media platform.

Contact. If members have questions or need assistance for anything they can click a link within the app and call the administrator directly from the app. They also have the option to text or email the administrator.

10. Payments. Members can make payments for trips, joining fee, t-shirts, and workshop registrations from within the app. No need to go to the website to make payments anymore. It makes it so much easier and quicker to process and keep track.
