Incoming in progress transactions will now show the same level of detail as completed transactions. This means that customers will be able to recognise individual payments into their accounts more easily, before they have been fully processed. Applies to instant payments made within SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area). We’ve also made a number of small changes and bug fixes.

• Increased standing order limit to €/£5,000 (previously €/£3,000).
• Improved how you can manage and order new statements.
• Use biometrics to approve linking of your account to other banks

• Open the app and log in
• We’ll text you an activation code
• Enter the code into the app
• We’ll register your device
• Give the device a unique name and you’re all set

Totally unsuited for Business customers

No responsive. Poor UI. Poor UX. A terrible idea to force customers to use it to authenticate online for transactions.

This app has not been updated or modernized for years. It’s not useful for modern banking, the other banks have far superior apps.
