Alecom112 app can be used by emergency services to receive and manage the SOS alarms receive from the government.

User need to contact organization admin to get registered and get Login credentials. Once registered user can login and use the following features of the app.

Features-
• Receiving SOS alarms.
• Accepting/Rejecting SOS alarms.
• Navigating to the received alarm location using map.
• Call back to dispatch.
• Opening assigned stations garage doors.
• Changing User status. Offline Users will not be allowed to receive alarms.
• Receiving broadcast notification inside of the organization.
• Managing the app settings like edit profile, FAQ, Feedback, etc.

All the settings are configurable from web admin.

Users will need to always allow the location sharing as to receive alarms according to their current location even the app is in background or closed.
If location permission not allowed then user will be marked as Offline and will not be able to receive the alarms, however user can still view the previous received alarms.

Roles- Admin can set roles to the users and according to their assigned roles will get the apps modules visibility on dashboard.
Alarm popup- Admin can now merge and configure the alarms fields according to their need from the alarm popup setting from web.
Users can now access Callback, Talkgroup, Trafficlight and Pollare from dashboard as per their role assigned to them.
Admin can now configure from web, the Alarm details tab to show MBS data or ZERED data or both.
Bug fixes and other enhancement.
