Abu Dhabi Taxi is a user friendly application that offers convenience to book a taxi in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain region of UAE from your current location, determined by the phone GPS.

Request:
Book a taxi from the selected location by clicking Ride Now.

Favorites:
Bookmark your favorite addresses and experience accelerated access for your future taxi bookings.

Booking Status:
Added in app PUSH notification for all taxi bookings.
And also an SMS notification to the registered local number.

Track Taxi:
Locate your taxi for confirmed taxi booking. Tracking available for current bookings and tracking available from the time of confirmation and track his movement towards you.

Cancel booking:
You can cancel the booking by calling the call center or from your app using cancel option.

Feedback:
We value your feedback. You may share your taxi experience with us via “Send a Suggestion” feature from About us.

حالة الحجز:
أضيف ألى التطبيق خدمة "أعلام عن حالة الطلب" لجميع الحجوزات، وكذلك نقوم بإرسال رسالة نصية قصيرة للرقم المحلي المسجل لدينا.

تتبع مركبة ألاُجرة:
حدد موقع مركبة ألاجرة المخصصة لك. التتبع متاح للحجز الحالي و كذلك في وقت تأكيد الحجز ويكون بتتبع حركة مركبة ألاجرة بأتجاهها نحوكم.

إلغاء الحجز:

Very bad application

I have regularly issues with this application and I know this is the case for many people ! Your booking gets canceled, but still active in the background. Then the driers arrives and he is angry (which I can understand), while in the meantime you found another solution…
Wrote several time on the application, never had any feedback….

Useless app

Absolutely useless. The app needs at least five minutes to confirm your taxi, then when you have finally managed to order one, the taxi drivers don’t receive your location per GPS. Every time the taxi driver had to call so I could explain where exactly I was. In the time of Uber, it is a shame that there still are such useless apps on the market. Unfortunately in Abu Dhabi there is no other option. Horrible
