As I use several different banking Apps I can compare the ABSA App to some other in germany and switzerland. the ABSA App is easy to handle, it is intuitive understandable and gives clear information.

Internet Banking

I have a problem lately making payments with internet banking. For the last two weeks I am trying to get an answer. The only feedback I get is reference numbers of cases. I am so fed up dealing with such unprofessional service and it is creating a big issue for me.
