'A Healthy Me' is a holistic health and wellbeing curriculum which aims to support the development or reinforcement of knowledge, attitudes, life skills, and health behaviors that will empower adolescent girls and young women to make positive health choices and avoid negative outcomes.
A Healthy Me is a program of Renewsiya Foundation Inc. Renewsiya Foundation is a non-stock, non-profit organization registered in the Philippines which operates health and life skills programs to empower and equip vulnerable youth to achieve health and wellbeing and to reach their potential. A Healthy Me was first developed in 2014 and is now implemented across many institutions serving vulnerable youth, including workplaces, residential care facilities, and government health centers.
This app has been designed to assist implementation of the program within in government health centers, where it is facilitated by the community health professionals employed in the centers under the guidance of Renewsiya staff.
