- Rebalanced difficulties for several early levels

- Added new vehicle inspired by Dodge Ram 3500 Dually + trailer
- Added 11 new levels
- Revamped wheel physics to behave like 3d wheels and not just a point on surface resulting in a smoother ride
- Added free camera rotation in-game
