With over 300 videos, this app includes information on the 21 laws, as well as the variations, law definitions, and law application guidelines. Additionally, all referee signals are detailed in words, pictures and video.

Wonderful app.
Went from 4 to 5 stars for now including feedback in the quiz section.
Not updated with 2019 Changes
App says it has the 2019 changes included. However, 20.15 has not been revised as well as others.
A must have
As an official this is a must have! The law book is in my kit bag. And this app goes round the word with me. Plus videos are an added bonus that you just don't get with a book.
