Freezing too much

I love this game with over 4000 games played, but I have had to endure a lot of freezing. I go to place a tile and it stops on the screen and I have to wait a minute for it to be unfrozen. Also, some tiles will go missing when you move them and I have had to reboot the game to have the tiles reappear.

Room many ads. Too many of the same repetitive ads! Annoying!

So many missing words

Does this game connect to the English language? I have tried to use so many actual words (they’re in the dictionary) but the game won’t accept them. Then, my opponent uses words that DON’T EVEN EXIST in English.
