Wisenet mobile is a free application designed specifically for Hanwha Vision's security network products.
Our app lets you view the live video and control pan/tilt/zoom functions, search & playback anywhere with your smartphone.

Having so much trouble with app and the devices and don’t know how to fix
Installed Wisenet devices (camera, recorder) and installed Wisenet to use. Cost a lot of money to have hard wired as installer said this is the best way. A year now and still not working, most times not working. If on home network 3 of 4 devices work and you can see cameras. The most current ipad which has an M1 chip does not work properly and does not show anything from cameras. It maybe the latest apple update but we don’t know.
Another issue when using data or wifi on my cell phone I should be able to see my home security cameras at home. I cannot see. Was working but then it just stopped. Why I don’t know and cannot fix.
Update?
Kicked me off all devices and had to reregister. Now cameras will not load on the app.
exactly what I was looking for
I failed to get the playback feature to work with ipolis mobile, and it worked on this app.
hopefully it will be compatible with my okder NVR...
