Can’t connect my apple watch

I use an apple watch and there is no where to connect it. Not impressed

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the worries. Actually, the app is designed to keep track of your training with the Apple Watch with no need to use your phone, and your workout logs will sync on your iPhone in More > Workouts under the appropriate training plan later.
⌚ To sync your watch, please, open the Watch app on your iPhone, find the Walking app, and tap Download.
⌚ Then open the Health app on your iPhone, tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner > under Privacy, tap Apps - Walking app, and allow the permissions.
