Practically THE Lemmy app, search no further

Nuff said ;) App is terrific, dev is solid and a beast

Fix your captcha-totally inaccessible

I can’t even make an account because it repeatedly says the captcha is incorrect, even when I listen to it and write the characters. Listening to it is almost impossible due to the static as well, very very inaccessible. I have hearing issues and this is frustrating enough already.

Suddenly Lura.live appeared

The app was working fine for a few days on my iPhone with iOS 18. This evening while scrolling I started to hear a person talking, but I couldn’t see where it was coming from. But when I dismissed Voyager, the voice stopped then I found on the lock screen a media play panel named lura.live. This is where the man speaking was coming from. In searching for reports about Lura.live, I found that it’s associated with apps download from other sites than Apple Store. Despite Voyager being downloaded from the Apple Store I am removing it until the developer can assure me that trackers are NOT embedded in the software.
