Our relationship with the Viator/TripAdvisor team is fantastic. The folllow up by agents of viator in regards to customer concerns-refunds, amendments & overall information request has been the best relationship that we have enjoyed for years. Despite that English language is not their first tongue, it is amazing how well your agents listen, speak slowly to get their statements to deliver their reason for calling and we are so appreciative of your agents efforts in ensuring that they got the confirmation for the clients questions each & every time. No audio at all time in Canada
If you are Canadian company, make sure you don’t sign up with this company. Their phone systems had no audio 75% of the time, even you have strong internet connections. What piss me off most is they never have live cs that you can talk to whenever you needed them the most. We had signed up with them for 6 months now, the phone was never working properly and they don’t follow-up even you complained.
Update: I had requested to terminate service but the account still active and charging, of course, after a whole month!
Can’t SMS Text
Pretty useless, this feature has been giving an error for 1-1/2 months with no expected resolution date.
