Visions MyCar™ is the fastest, easiest, most versatile and complete telematics system utilizing a smartphone solution to stay connected with your vehicle from anywhere in the world. Using the Visions MyCar™ app, you can control your vehicle doors (Lock/Unlock), remote start or Stop your engine and even find your current vehicle’s location.

Control any of your vehicles securely. Remote Start/Stop your engine, control your vehicle doorlocks and GPS locate your vehicle from your Apple Watch using the Visions MyCar™ watch app. Download the smartphone app and the watch app will automatically download onto your Apple watch. In order to use the Visions MyCar™ App, it will require a connection to the internet via cellular or WiFi.

Wont load
Truck broke down awhile back , bought a new phone re downloaded the app.. spent a ton on the command start and now they are saying I have to replace it(truck was sitting for 2 years) it’s on the 3G network.. was told to go on the app and click (replacement program) and it’s been loading for 30 minutes ... seems like it was a waste of money
Not impressed.
This app is absolute garbage. I can be standing 10 feet from the car and it will connect via Bluetooth and immediately say it is running. WHEN ITS NOT. Pretty crappy when it’s -40 out and I walk outside to see that my car hasn’t been warming up for the past 15-20 minutes.
And the fact that you have to pay to use this app is ridiculous. I dropped hundreds on the starter, I shouldn’t have to pay for the app. What a ripoff.
If I could give it 0 stars I would.

This starter hardly ever works. I would not recommend it to anyone. It’ll work for a few times then won’t again. Worst piece of crap ever! I have connected with support they just say it’s my phone provider lol

Normally proper unit operation depends on the signal (Telus in Canada and T-Mobile is USA ) to the MyCar device in your vehicle. If the signal is weak or intermittent the unit will operate as such. You can verify this with the 4G cell provider's coverage map, it will indicate if there are issues with their coverage or if they are performing maintenance to their network.
