Crappy app

This app has not worked properly since downloading it. It constantly signs you out then when you try to login it tells you you’re entering wrong information. Takes updates but never gets fixed. When I had priority pass you could look at lounges any day of the week with no problem!! Please update this app and make it work with Apple Wallet, this would be a great option, it is 2023 …..

New Password on Every Login

Once I get logged out automatically, I am told my password is wrong at signin. I go through the entire Forgot Password process - with the reminder that the new password cannot be the same as the old one. I have reported the issue and was informed that I am the only user experiencing the issue and the developers have been unable to replicate the issue. I have also tried re-installing the app with the same result.

Could use apple wallet support

Loses login information often and all I want is to be able to load the dragon pass card, so why not support apple wallet and allow the card to be linked into it if you cannot fix the login issues with the app.
