Description

Ready to engineer your own health? The Virtusan App is here to help you sleep better, optimize stress levels, improve cognitive performance—and feel really, really great.

Our 4 pillars of health

Our features are split into 4 categories—or pillars: Sleep, Stress, Physical Health, and Performance.

Within each pillar are various digital tools, called protocols, that you can use to improve your wellbeing in each respective area. They’re all simple to grasp, easy to use, and designed for anyone to pick up healthier habits every day.

Sleep better

Better health starts with better sleep.

We provide various digital tools to help you fall asleep quickly, feel at peace throughout the night, and feel restored and ready to tackle the day every morning. Use Body Scan before bed to sleep soundly, Morning Sunlight Viewing when you get up to kickstart the day, and NSDR when you need a quick nap during your hectic schedules.

Lower stress and anxiety levels

We all go through stress. And with the Virtusan App, we’ve built various digital protocols to help you stay mentally resilient.

There are a handful of meditations narrated by mindfulness expert—Dr. Shauna Shapiro, to help you find peace of mind. On top of that, use the breathing protocol, Physiological Sigh, guided by Dr. Andrew Huberman, whenever stress strikes and you need to decompress on the spot.

Physical Health and Performance

Once you feel right and are sleeping tight, we want to help you enhance your health and performance, both physically and mentally.

Use protocols such as 40 Hz to improve your concentration throughout the day. Daily Hydration is there to keep you hydrated throughout the day. And, of course, the NSDR, our most popular protocol, can trigger neuroplasticity and help you improve your learning—at whatever you do.

Science-backed resources

On top of our protocols, we have 200+ pieces of content you can freely watch and learn—about improving your wellbeing. We've covered numerous topics, from neuroplasticity and longevity to performance and nutrition, curated by top scientists such as Andrew Huberman, David Sinclair, Shauna Shapiro, and Michael Reid. They range from quick, 2-minute episodes to help you learn more about nutrition or neuroscience in digestible chunks—to hour-long podcast episodes for you to peruse and dive deep into various health-related topics.

Your own health journey

Feel free to mix and match various protocols to form your own daily routine. You can set the timer for every protocol on your routine page to your liking. Then, check the Progress tab to track how many protocols you’ve completed over the week, how much natural light you’re getting daily, and whether you’ve accumulated any “mindful minutes” at all.

New: The Virtusan Ring

We’re introducing our own wearable device, the Virtusan Ring, where you can track all essential biometric data points: sleep, movements, and heart rate. If you’ve gotten your hands on one, simply open the app, connect to your ring via the Progress tab, and start tracking your health data. We’ll tell you what’s great, what needs improvements—and, of course, which Virtusan protocol to do to improve your health score.

Have fun building your own health journey—your way.

The good game. ,

Insane!

make sure to install this app and try NSDR!

Will keep app for now, for Huberman

Seems like app updated? Had to delete, then reinstall. And I no longer have access to the sleep series I was doing. Some kind of notice would have been nice.

That said, I seem to be able to access an NSDR series by Huberman - that’s a ok.

Not sure the body of content is there yet to
support the premium ticket price. Apps like Headspace, Aura, Balance, Calm have more extensive libraries for the $. If it were $5.99/month I’d probably pay for it.

App is very glitchy…

The user experience/interface of the app is pretty decent, but the biggest flaw about the app are the constant glitches/pauses/stops when listening to the 40 Hz Frequencies, especially the longer duration 60 min & 90 min options for WHITE. For ex., when starting a 40 Hz session, the time instantly jumps to 0:10 secs yet the sounds hasn’t even loaded/started yet, and after 30 secs when the sound does start, there are often glitches or pauses/stops, and it never makes it to the end of the 60 min or 90 min play time… it just stops erratically or spontaneously at different times, and you have to close the app & restart it to make it responsive again. Additionally, the time bar cannot be used to fast forward or rewind the time which is stupid because you can’t simply swipe it back to the beginning if you want to extent the 40 Hz session… as someone else’s review mentioned, this app should still be in Beta testing… and until they fix these glitches, I won’t pay for the premium/upgrade version and I don’t suggest anyone else to either…
