Good app, but...
Why let me check in if I've already used up my passes for a location? I booked a yoga class through the app and it was added to my schedule, but when I showed up and scanned the QR code it told me I'd used up all my passes. Why not just tell me at the time of booking the class and save me the 30 minute round trip?

That’s a good feature idea indeed! In general adding to schedule is not a binding booking, which is why we haven’t integrated a notification so far. Many thanks for your feedback!
Stay away! Support your local gym
I was charged 60€ for 6 months while all gyms were closed due to COVID. They refuse to refund this even though it was illegal to use the service. The only company that I’ve had a truly terrible experience with during the pandemic, I hope someone there really needed my 360€…

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We care about our members and the expectations they are putting on us. Hence, we have decided to become even more flexible and to adapt our cancellation policy. Our members now have the possibility to cancel their membership monthly after the initial contractual period, with a notice period of three days.
We hope you appreciate this change and that your feedback has contributed to an even more flexible solution for our members.
