The outcome: on-demand-access encouraging more responsible consumption, reduces the cost of living in the city and is consistent with the trends to smaller and smaller living spaces and dynamic way of life.
The app is your personal key for the Tulu Unit. Whether if it’s at your building, office or neighbourhood, the app will allow you to get access to the products, know what items are available at any given moment, reserve and book in advance your desired items, and also share your great ideas about the new products we should provide.

Avoid Using
Huge pain to use. Walked downstairs to rent an item, only to realize you need to add credits to your account first, you can’t just pay for the time you use. Then I added funds and tried to rent it. Nope! Needs to verify your identity first, please send a picture of government ID and a selfie in front of the machine and wait for the support chat to verify you. Finally got my item after paying extra money for credits I don’t need, and turns out it’s not even charged. What a scam.
