Description
TrackTik SHIFT is a mobile app that was created for employees in the security industry to provide them with greater visibility on their schedule as well as a more direct way of receiving new and updated schedules. The app allows officers to view scheduled shifts, clock in and out for assigned shifts and breaks, pick up open shifts, view their availability and acknowledge shifts in a few easy clicks.
Disclaimer: TrackTik SHIFT is an employee app that is used in conjunction with TrackTik’s Scheduling module. TrackTik SHIFT can use GPS capabilities in order to ensure officers are clocking in and out in a predetermined, approved geo-fenced area that aligns with their assigned shift. When an officer clocks out for breaks or for the end of their shift, GPS tracking is no longer enabled.

No timesheet
Can’t find the timesheet after the latest update to the app. Please fix up

Hi Varunjeet, thank you for your feedback. The timesheet feature was not removed but was linked to a permission in your employee profile. Please reach out to your supervisor to gain back access to the Timesheet menu. Hope this helps you get a better use of this application.
Open shifts option missing
From past 3 days im not able to see open shift option in the app .. please fix

Disappointing Features and Design of TrackShift
This application is disappointing because it doesn’t give you access to check your past shifts or hours, or any late book-offs. Additionally, the design of this application is not as smooth as the W2W application, which I use for another job.
