Horrible app and experience

Seriously who came up with this system? The app is horrible, laggy, and its impossible to have a good experience at the park when you need to keep trying to book rides that are never available. Total trash, don’t recommend the app or the park at all.

I would give 0 stars if I could.

A terrible app

This app truly ruined the park experience! The app never loaded properly when needed. We were unable to get access to fantasy springs passes and standby passes in general because the app was not loading. We were also not able to get access to the premiere access passes and therefore we were unable to purchase them. Furthermore we could not purchase or access any of these features before entering the park which led to a surcharge of devices in a small area all trying to achieve one goal on an app not made to accommodate this amount of traffic. Please do better. For those of you using this app, may the odds be ever in your favour, good luck!

Very bad app

Such bad UI. Everything about this app is bad bad bad. Completely ruined my experience with the Disney world in Tokyo
