- New visual design for a smoother adding experience. In the task or calendar module, simply long-press the "+" button to use.
- Improved long voice input experience: While speaking, drag the "+" button to the left to switch to recording mode. Release to continue input without holding the button, making it easier to use (Available for iOS 17 or newer).

A personal assistant for your brain. Refine your to-do list, prioritize your tasks on a chart, or use the built-in Pomodoro timer to keep you balanced between productivity and burnout.

Best to-do app

The free version is full functional, and has extraordinary features such as habits, pomo timer, and limited calendar integration. Using this app has honestly helped me so much. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s currently using a to-do app.

Best to-do app on the market. I’ve tried them all.

This is without question the most intuitive to-do list app that I have used. It’s different than anything else I’ve used and I have used them all ….believe me.

A couple of things I think are really important… It’s visually intuitive with various views of your to-list that you can set up (I LOVE the Eisenhower Matrix view). I also like the way that it does reminders, and the workflow is just very easy to understand. The amount of customization is impressive and continues to get better so there’s no limit to what you can do with this app. And it’s stable. Can’t stress how important this last point is. I’ve used a number of apps that crash once you get a fair amount of data, but these guys know how to build software.

I would recommend this to anybody that is looking to manage a large number of tasks that they need to get done both on the short term and long term.
I would give this more than 5 stars, if I could!
