THINKWARE CLOUD (Thinkware Dash Cam Mobile Viewer) provides easy access to your Thinkware Dash Cam. Share the best driving videos to social media by simply downloading your dash cam footage into your smartphone’s photo album. Replay your latest driving videos and manage your dash cam’s settings all in one app!
FEATURES:
* Compatible with iPhones that run iOS 8.0 or later.
▶Download and export recorded videos from the dash cam to your iPhone’s camera roll
▶Adjust dash cam settings (e.g. Sensitivity, LED, partition and Wi-Fi, etc.).
▶Use the “Live View” feature while installing your dash cam to ensure an optimal viewing angle.
▶Update dash cam firmware via the app.

Barely a 2
App appears to connect and allows some setting and some viewing …….. most of the time. Hotspot is major failure. It’s too bad that Thinkware is so out of touch with their apps. I’ve had a couple of Thinkwares but I’m moving on now. Too frustrating to pay a ton for product and be ignored
Barely works
Connecting the dash cam to an iPhone is painfully slow and will most likely result in a failure and needing to try 3 more times. Recent firmware update available and downloaded to phone, pop up says do you want to upgrade “yes” starts the process and fa200 immediately says disconnected from smart phone. No matter what cannot keep phone connected to perform the firmware update. Terrible product. Downloading dash footage is a painfully slow
Process 1 1 minute file at a time front and back.

Useless
Had F800pro for 6 years. Every few months I need to connect to it, every-time it was a pain.
Fast forward to 2025, there’s been no improvement on the clunky connection procedure and now it can’t even connect at all.
This dash cam is easily the worst purchase ever 🤦♂️
