This app is excellent provides direct link to medical services which are excellent !
So easy and convenient
I’ve talked to several different staff members throughout the two years I’ve had Akira and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them has been so nice, caring, and helpful. I never feel rushed, I never have to wait long, it’s so much easier. I don’t miss trying to get ahold of the doc’s office that’s for sure!
Waste of time
The wait times are long and just to get through triage takes forever. I recently wanted to use this instead of going to ER but the triage nurse keeps asking questions that I already answered in my intake form. Then she asked me questions that are completely not related to the issue. I am seeking help for my son but she keeps asking me about my husband. I keep insisting that my son is sick not my husband but it’s like she doesn’t understand. It was so frustrating that after an hour of going no where I just went to ER. What a waste of time.
