Tea time digital
I have been trying to restore my tea time magazine for the past two weeks. I have been corresponding back and forth with customer support and getting no were. My issues date back to 2005. I have purchased everyone of them. My subscription was due for renewal not sure if I will be renewing it again. The frustration is that each time you do an update to improve Tea Time Magazine it got worst. I loved the first time I downloaded Tea Time Magazine, it was easy, fast and fun it did NOT need improving. It's a good think I kept all my receipts which customer support has now request i provide them. I loved my digital issues they traveled the world with me. But I can say I love my hard copy better they will be with me for ever no one can destroy them. Sincerely mrs. L Frustrated
Love magazine, troubles with app
Seems all good now, however never was able to restore my British Tea purchase which made me hesitant to purchase any other of your special publications.
A very kind app tech has uploaded it in rb digital for me, but truly would like it to be stored in this app.
Every change that you made caused restore problems.......hopefully you have landed on an app that you won’t change again.
Can’t seem to send now as any nickname that I have tried is taken ?? You really don’t care, do you ?
