Sharing Devices
We kindly request the developer to this app to look into this matter with urgency. As a user we are unable to share devices with friends and family. We keep getting a message stating “Share failed”
Please look into this and have an update for us allowing us to utilize the app to its full functionality.
Air conditioning wi-fi works fine
The wi-fi works fine! To log in I did not need to go thru the email verification. Instead the app asked me to complete a pictogram to validate my new account and then I went back to log in and could enter the Tcl home app and add my air conditioning machine.
Note: I guess you don't need to wait for the email confirmation code.
Pretty much useless
Created an account, went to log in and it said error with log in or password. I know I put in the right password because I just took out the account. I tapped on forgot password to try a new one, screen said it will email a verification code so I could continue but it never arrived after many attempts so I deleted the app as it wouldn’t move off that screen
