Canadian Problems and Cost
I love it so much I just wish physical prizes could be shipped to Canada. I was super excited to save up my points and redeem for the Nintendo Switch only to discover it only ships to the USA. 😭
Also Sweetie status kinda sucks and is super unfair to a lot of users
Also why did you jack up the cost of some items? I redeemed the 3 month premium Tidal for 500 sweet points a little while ago and now for some reason it says it costs 4,500 sweet points!
And I wish you wouldn't put music into the daily cards. Not everyone uses Apple Music and Spotify so those of us who don't are missing out on points.
Also reveal the answers to ALL the trivia questions!
App Changed and Lost Everything
Completely changed the app. Not an app where you collect points and redeem them for rewards anymore. Now it’s only these “collectibles” within the app.
Spent over a year collecting enough points to get something good, and now I don’t even get anything in return 🙄
