When uploading/ and opening app

When uploading photos from your phone then when you sign on to your computer. You can not zoom in on the photo or highlight to copy information from that photo .

There is a consistent crash when trying to open the app, and you have to continuously close the app out. Just be able to close another ticket because you continuously get errors

Good start

So far I like the app. There could be some minor improvements and introductions that could be made. 1) a loading / splash screen when you launch the app. This would stop confusion if the app is broken or not. Usually I will go to open the app and I will have the top bar and menu accessible, however not my tickets. I loading screen would be beneficial to know that the tickets are loading rather than just sitting at a blank screen. I am looking forward to the improvements that are to come with this mobile app.
