Ratings and Reviews
Worst Airline
By far the worst domestic airline available. Customer Service is absolutely garbage and the attendants and staff are B grade. Airline is known for delays and ripping people for extra luggage charges.
Faulty system
It's very upsetting when you pay so much and the app cannot issue you your tickets, requiring you to do the check in at the airport. The app continues to ask for a mandatory Pin Code which I haven't been provided with nor do I know what it could be. There's a lot of room for improvement
Kept on kicking me out of the app
I was trying to check-in early so that I can save the e-boarding pass when I have to enter the airport and for my baggages. But the app, each time accepted my info inputs, though it refuses to get me my boarding pass.
