アプリが3,4,5,6,7回のレップス、レスト間隔を7,10,15秒で設定可能です。
セット間の休息時間も設定可能です。なお、セットは2セット限定となっています。
疲れてくると、レスト時間をを誤魔化したがるところですが、iPhoneが妥協するなく、冷静に読み上げします。
トレーニング中は、ウェイトの上げ下げに注視し、回数はアプリにおませできます。
