Upgraded tickets wrong date and time
I’m using this service for the first time, at the recommendation of someone I met while travelling in the UK. I’m heading back there next week. I purchased two tickets, and upgraded them to first class. The upgraded tickets are the wrong date and time, and my partner and I are no longer sitting together. unbelievably poor service. When I contacted Seatfrog asking that they address this issue after a few days, they sent me an email asking me to write their service. They had not yet addressed the issue.
They really need to get this fixed soon before I start travelling and have limited access to email.
Doesn’t work
It doesn’t work. Cannot recognize booking references and can’t find any auctions.

Sorry to hear you've had problems adding a trip to your Seatfrog account. There are a number of reasons why your booking reference may not work, if this happens, we recommend using the Train Search tool. This will show you if we have any auctions available. If there are no results, you might need to check back nearer the time to see if any trips have been added.

Questionable idea, terrible app
In many ways this is a solution in search of a problem. Previously weekend first upgrades were very simple, take an open seat and pay the flat fee, now we have apps and auctions and complexity.
The app itself is not good and the interface is terrible if trying to purchase more than 1 upgrade - if you change the number of upgrades before you update the price then the number resets to 1 and you need an eagle eye to correct it to avoid making a mistake you can’t correct.
Also experienced bidding for 2 upgrades, immediately getting an outbid status but being unable to increase the bid as magically there now weren’t 2 upgrades available.
