Weather
- Worldwide graphical METAR/TAF weather is now available.
- Weather is presented via the chart, as well as in the airport and ETP properties.
- METAR symbols follow standard sky coverage and flight category conventions.
- Internet connectivity is required for inflight updates.


Tracks
- Track details are now resizable and can be viewed on-screen simultaneously with flight plan information and other plotting chart tools.
- The Eastbound and Westbound tracks' identifying labels have been improved for readability.
- Directional arrows have been added to the tracks layer for readability.


Plotting Chart Tools
- Oceanic Flight Reminders can now be set at 5 or 10-minute intervals in the Preflight Wizard (defaults to 10).
- 5/10 minute checks are automatically recorded in a position report if one has been created, including a timestamp of when it was completed.
- Oceanic Flight Reminders are now presented when viewing the ICRH.


ETPs
- ETP properties redesigned for improved scannability.
- ETP chart arrows now include current METAR information.
- ETP chart arrows now default to visible to provide METAR information for ETP alternates at a glance.


Chart
- Improved airport display filtering to reduce chart clutter.
- Airport label and icon colors for day/night changed to a more traditional blue to represent airports.
- Larger airport symbols and labels to improve readability.
- The chart layers menu was reorganized to support quicker layer selection.


Airport and waypoint properties
- Airport and waypoint properties have been redesigned to better present information needed when viewing.
- The notes popover for airports and waypoints is now dismissed via a ‘Done’ button and will not be dismissed inadvertently.


Journey Logbook
- Improved button placement and layout.
- Lat/long entry is now easier with simplified entry screens.


Route Editing
- The original and updated flight plans are included in the journey logbook output to support the scenario where an aircraft receives an updated flight plan inflight before crossing.
- The preflight wizard will process a new flight plan and present the amended route information to the pilot for verification in text and graphical form.


Sync
- Sync connection visual design improvements to streamline connect, disconnect, and reconnect scenarios.


Data recovery
- Added support for restoring a journey logbook to the most recent valid data point in the event of inflight data corruption.
- Backup snapshots of the journey logbook are recorded every five minutes. In the event the current journey logbook is corrupted, the pilot is able to restore to the most recent valid data.
- This supplements the data recovery functionality available in 3.3 to prevent accidental Sync overwrites on the Secondary device.


Maintenance
- Flight plan title now better describes the selected flight plan associated with an ATC Directed Change.
- New resizable chart notepad.
- Fix for chart notepad updates while synced.
- Addressed an issue where the POS Report waypoint name was not included in the JLB PDF output.
- Layout improvements for custom checklists both in flight and in the journey logbook output.
- Numerous bug fixes and performance improvements.
