Crashes every time I try to log in.

If I enter a bad password it tells me but if it is the correct one it just exits the app. Also can’t save videos to my phone.

Poor app/good dual camera

I have to use my hotspot for wifi connection to the app from the camera. However I then cannot immediately access the most recent videos because they’re “locked videos” in the app. I’m unsure why there’s a waiting period to view the most recent videos. Because by the time it’s unlocked I’ve forgotten the footage I wanted to access.

Can’t access videos if live camera can’t load

If I’m trying to connect to my camera to view recent videos, my app gets stuck if the live video doesn’t come in. So I just get an infinite loading page and can’t access the videos button. The only button that works is the “return” button.

Please update your app to allow the buttons to be usable and not have to wait for the live camera view to load. It is very annoying that I need to wait or can’t even get to the buttons when that’s all I want.
