You get what you pay for with Reframe - having challenges, plans, and supports backed by science. If you consider the cost, it’s the same monthly as a couple cocktails but better for you. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Frustrating

Promising help and then hiding fees within the app is discouraging and reminds me why getting help is so hard. I was excited to chat with a professional and was fine to pay the monthly fee. But after filling out my info and being vulnerable about what I needed help with, to find that chatting with someone costs and extra $99/month left me feeling helpless. Poor practice for a mental health app.
