Ratings and Reviews
Courses don’t work
Courses simply don’t work and redirect to browser. Unclear what the purpose of the app is.
Membership Management is horrible
I had to cancel the subscription three times to get it work. The extra extra steps to verify “are you truly leaving us” or “We are sorry to see you go” is not the end just yet and you need to cancel with one more step. I wasn’t careful enough to notice it, my mistake, but this design is just not user friendly and somewhat misleading. I ended up paying one more month fees. Not happy.
