From adequate to abysmal. Roll back!
The app used to work like the physical remote. I was hopeful this new version of the app would allow extended/customized time for the vibration feature. Instead nothing works! The user interface is not functional and non responsive. There is a toggle switch (which I have no idea what it does) placed directly over the hamburger menu. If I’m lucky I can occasionally get to the menu. Confirming the bed is selected still made no difference. This is an AWFUL customer experience. Basic functionality is better than no functionality. Please - Roll back to the old version asap!!
Doesn’t work after Update
The app was working great for 1.5 years but no longer works after the latest update.
Wow. So bad.
It was already a clunky app, with features that simply didn’t work. Now nothing about it works. You’d think at $5000 a bed they could hire a programmer
