Amazing resorts with many amenities all around. Staff are courteous and carrying! There is not doubt I will come back soon.
Don’t take travel package section
These people are just trying to rip you off. The first day we saw a nice lady called Dayna who tried to show us the hotel facilities. The day after she asked us to take a one hour section which she said it was about the hotel facilities. I asked her if they wanted to sell a package to because I was in these sections before and I knew if was expensive and a boring time, but she said no it’s not about selling, just go there, let me get my commission and leave in the middle of sec. She strongly insisted even though she knew what was going on. Long story short, the section took 3 hours. I had left my daughter unattended, she was bored and afraid. After 3 hours I asked the representative that wanted to leave because my daughter was alone, just tell me how much was the package. He didn’t want to give us the price at the beginning because he knew no one would get it. It was $50,000 package which it’s a ripoff. I asked him how much was his commission on this and he said 3 percent. These people just think about their commission nothing else. When I told Dayna they wanted me to buy a $50,000 package she acted like she didn’t know but she was lying. She’s been in this job for years and sent a lot of people to these sections. She knew what was going better than me. I also had bad experiences with the photographer who had a lot of attitude. DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL. Don’t waste your money.
The app is very limited
The app only considers the most basic configuration of booking clientele (max 1 family in one room) despite the hotel having many families who are booking multiple rooms.
