OMET N.O.V.A is the app that OMET Srl makes available to its customers in order to take advantage of an augmented reality after-sales service. It allows you to facilitate trouble shooting, minimize downtime, receive remote assistance from OMET technicians, simplify control operations, reduce the frequency of on-site interventions by OMET technicians, save time and money. But above all, it strengthens the collaboration between OMET and the Customer, virtually connecting them in order to solve the various problems and allow consultancy.
