* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

Unfortunately with the new upgrades I’m unable to log in using my credentials on the Roku tv

Updated app to NowThatsTVPlus and logs you out of your account with NO notice. Go to reset password and says, “email not found”. They want you pay a new subscription fee despite already paying for NowThatsTv. Why would you not advise your subscribers that this is happening?

Be professional and tend to your customers/viewers.

If I could give a -1 Star I would. I’ve been logged out since the new update/NTTVplus, and not able to access my account but I’m STILL GETTING CHARGED EVERY MONTH WITH NO ACCESS for the past 8 MONTHS. It’s frustrating given the fact that I’ve reached out numerous times regarding my account issue, And all I’ve gotten was automated replies. I wasn’t aware of the update in the beginning so when I was logging in, it wasn’t letting me I thought it was just me. But NO. it was the update, furthermore no one has gotten back to me from all my reach outs. There’s no way for me to access my account nor my email registered under that account because it’s LOCKED.
