Buggy but responsive support
This app is quite buggy and the setup of custom charging rates is not intuitive. However support from “Spencer” is very responsive.
Bug with Nissan Ariya
After I download the app and linked to my Ariya’s account, it’s checking on my vehicle’s location every couple minutes
Excellent “Accessory”
Getting into an EV was a big step for me. In 2023 our car died and forced us to jump in sooner than we expected. Doing some research I came to the conclusion NeoCharge Smart Splitter would save us a ton of money without having to upgrade our electrical panel. The splitter operates independently and does not require you to use this App. Dryer and EV power switching has been working perfectly for the past 1.5 years. So the App is the excellent accessory to allow us to monitor the power consumption. There has been glitches and awkward setup steps with previous versions but support has been very responsive and attentive to these bugs and making changes in a timely manner. I’m so grateful in their willingness to improve their App for all of us. Give the App a try. If you spot an area that needs improvement make the suggestion so we can all benefit from it.
